The invention relates to a vacuum hot-pressing furnace hoisting system capable of preventing a graphite pressing head from being fractured, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment of vacuum hot-pressing furnaces. The graphite pressure head comprises a clamping piece, a sleeve piece and a connecting piece, an inclined face is arranged at the top end of a mounting groove, the inclined face enables the groove bottom area, close to the axis of the graphite pressure head, of the mounting groove to be smaller than the groove opening area, away from the axis of the graphite pressure head, of the mounting groove, and the inclined face is parallel to the fracture face of the graphite pressure head; an inclined part is arranged at the upper end of the clamping piece, the inclined angle of the inclined part is the same as that of the inclined surface, and the inclined part can be attached to the inclined surface; a connecting part is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve piece, the inner diameter of the connecting part is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the clamping piece, and the sleeve piece is arranged on the periphery of the clamping piece in a sleeving mode; the connecting piece is connected with the clamping piece and the sleeve piece. The graphite pressing head has the effect that the problem that the graphite pressing head is prone to breakage during moving is solved.

    本申请涉及一种防石墨压头断裂的真空热压炉吊装系统,属于真空热压炉的吊装设备技术领域。其包括卡接件、套筒件和连接件,安装槽的顶端设有斜面,斜面使安装槽靠近石墨压头轴线的槽底面积小于安装槽远离石墨压头轴线的槽口面积,斜面与石墨压头的断裂面平行,卡接件环设于安装槽,卡接件与安装槽可拆卸连接,卡接件的上端设有倾斜部,倾斜部与斜面的倾斜角度相同,倾斜部能与斜面贴合;套筒件的下端设有连接部,连接部的内径大于或等于卡接件的外径,套筒件套设于卡接件的外周;连接件分别连接卡接件和套筒件。本申请具有改善石墨压头移动时易发生断裂问题的效果。
