The invention discloses a ship seawater flow control method, system and device and a medium, and relates to the technical field of ships, the method comprises the steps of obtaining speed information and draft of a ship and output power of a power unit, and determining real-time working condition information according to the speed information, the draft and the output power; working condition types are determined, under each working condition type, the control valve opening degree of the flow control valve and the rotating speed of the sea water pump are adjusted to different combined parameters, and the sea water flow corresponding to each combined parameter is determined; and the temperature difference value of the water inlet and the water outlet of the ship cooling unit under each combined parameter is obtained, the speed information, the draft depth and the change rate of the output power of the ship are obtained, and the control valve opening degree and the sea water pump rotating speed in the current combined parameters are adjusted. According to the method, the current working condition is not influenced while the flow of the seawater pump reaches the seawater flow required at the current moment, so that active adjustment of the seawater flow of the ship is realized, and the safety of the ship is improved.

    本申请公开了一种船舶海水流量控制方法、系统、设备及介质,涉及船舶技术领域,该方法包括:获取船舶的速度信息、吃水深度和动力单元的输出功率,根据速度信息、吃水深度和输出功率确定实时工况信息;确定工况类型,在每种工况类型下,调整流量控制阀的控制阀开度和海水泵的转速至不同的组合参数,确定每种组合参数对应的海水流量;获取每种组合参数下船舶冷却单元的进水口处和出水口处的温度差值,获取船舶的速度信息、吃水深度和输出功率的变化率,调整当前组合参数中的控制阀开度和海水泵转速。本申请可以使海水泵流量达到当前时刻所需的海水流量的同时不影响当前的工况,从而实现了船舶海水流量的主动调节,提高了船舶的安全性。
