According to the invention, the functions of underwater laying, releasing, floating, positioning recovery and the like are realized. The volume and the stress in water are calculated according to the endurance and requirements, and the subsurface buoy can stably work at the water depth of 150 m for 500 h; experimental results verify that the stress strain of the magnesium-aluminum alloy spherical shell can bear a 160m simulated water depth pressure test. The stability and the concealment of the ocean detection work implemented on the basis of the subsurface buoy system are relatively improved.
