The bearing capacity of the whole pile anchor is improved, and the problem that a traditional anchoring assembly is insufficient in bearing capacity is solved.
本发明涉及海上漂浮式光伏基础技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于桩锚的轨道式锚眼调节系统及方法。通过在桩锚整体设置的第二控制器准确测量桩锚整体在贯入时的贯入数据,将贯入数据传输至控制终端处理后向第一控制器发送指令,第一控制器基于指令通过驱动轴控制桩锚整体的弯矩和扭矩,保证了安装过程的安全性和高效性;此外,本发明改变了传统桩锚的固定锚眼形式,在锚体外侧设置锚眼轨道,通过控制终端控制挡板的开合,以及通过内置的滑轮实现锚眼的固定和移动,极大地提高了锚眼的灵活度,以便在及时改变锚链施加拉拔荷载的角度,增加了桩锚整体的承载力性能,解决了传统锚固组件承载能力不足的问题。
