The invention discloses a magnetic suspension contact rail measuring instrument which comprises a rack, a positioning mechanism and a measuring mechanism, the measuring instrument is fixed to an F rail through the positioning mechanism so as to achieve measuring and positioning of the measuring instrument, a first supporting part is located on one side of a current collecting face of a contact rail, and a first laser displacement sensor is arranged on the first supporting part in a sliding mode. Therefore, the pull-out value and the rail surface angle of the contact rail can be measured. Correspondingly, the second supporting part is located below the contact rail, and the second laser displacement sensor is arranged on the second supporting part in a sliding mode so as to measure the guide height value of the contact rail. The first laser displacement sensor and the second laser displacement sensor are arranged in a sliding mode, multi-point measurement is facilitated, multiple sets of data are obtained, and the accuracy of the measurement result is further improved. The rack provides stable support for the positioning mechanism and the measuring mechanism, a sectional combined structure is adopted, one end of the positioning mechanism is connected with the first supporting part, a protective cover is prevented from affecting measurement of the contact rail, and the overall structure of the measuring instrument is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种磁悬浮接触轨测量仪,包括机架、定位机构以及测量机构,利用定位机构固定于F轨上,以实现测量仪的测量定位,第一支撑部位于接触轨的受流面一侧,第一激光位移传感器滑动设置于第一支撑部,以实现对接触轨的拉出值和轨面角度进行测量;相应地,第二支撑部位于接触轨的下方,第二激光位移传感器滑动设置于第二支撑部,以测量接触轨的导高值。第一激光位移传感器以及第二激光位移传感器均滑动设置,方便进行多点测量,得到多组数据,以进一步提高测量结果准确性。本发明的机架为定位机构以及测量机构提供了稳定支撑,采用分段式组合结构,定位机构的一端与第一支撑部相连,避免防护罩影响接触轨的测量,简化了测量仪整体结构。
