Smooth transition of the vehicle from different driving states can be achieved, and the vehicle is stabilized at the creeping target vehicle speed. According to the method, the running state and the fault state of each motor are considered in torque distribution, the motors can respond to the creeping target torque as much as possible through fault-tolerant distribution control, even if the motors break down, the sufficient response speed of the vehicle can still be guaranteed, the problems of unexpected speed reduction and the like are avoided, and the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. Therefore, the method and the device can achieve a plurality of beneficial effects which are not achieved in the prior art.
