The embodiment of the invention provides a gearbox assembly and a vehicle. The gearbox assembly comprises two groups of stator assemblies, two groups of rotor assemblies, a speed reducing mechanism and a bearing mechanism, the two stator assemblies and the two rotor assemblies are arranged at the two opposite ends of the gearbox assembly respectively, and one end of the gearbox assembly is fixedly connected with an engine. The speed reducing mechanism and the bearing mechanism are arranged between the two ends. One rotor assembly is used for outputting torque; the speed reducing mechanism is in transmission connection with the rotor assembly, and the bearing mechanism is used for bearing the speed reducing mechanism; and the output end of the gearbox assembly is in transmission connection with the speed reducing mechanism. One end, close to the engine, of the other rotor assembly is fixedly connected with a crankshaft of the engine; a cavity is formed in the end, away from the engine, of the rotor assembly and used for containing the speed reducing mechanism and/or the bearing mechanism. The gearbox assembly can be applied to new energy or intelligent automobiles, the utilization rate of the internal space of the gearbox assembly can be increased, and the size of the gearbox assembly can be reduced.
