The invention relates to an energy-saving illumination system and system for an underground garage, a terminal and a storage medium, and relates to the field of illumination technology, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing the type information and user information of a target vehicle, the target vehicle being located at the entrance position of the underground garage; according to the type information and the user information, a vacant position is searched in the underground garage; generating a guide route and an illumination scheme according to the entrance position and the vacancy position, and playing guide voice corresponding to the illumination scheme; and lighting equipment on the guide route is turned on according to the lighting scheme. The parking space guiding system has the advantages of saving electric energy and providing a guiding route for the empty parking space.
