The invention provides an expressway drainage method and system based on multi-source data. The method comprises the steps of selecting a drainage target expressway section for drainage based on acquired expressway transaction data; determining corresponding non-expressway competition road sections around the selected drainage target expressway road section based on electronic map data; calculating the number of passing persons on the non-expressway competition road section and the number of passing persons on the drainage target expressway road section based on the terminal signaling data, thereby calculating the traffic flow of the non-expressway competition road section by using the traffic flow data of the drainage target expressway road section; and selecting a non-expressway competition road section of which the traffic flow is greater than the traffic flow of the drainage target expressway road section as a drainage road section, and controlling the base station to send drainage indication information to at least part of users on the drainage road section through the mobile communication operator server. According to the invention, analysis is carried out based on multi-source data, the traffic flow of different types of roads can be balanced, the user experience is improved, and the flexibility of road network flow adjustment is enhanced.

    本发明提供一种基于多源数据的高速公路引流方法和系统,所述方法包括:基于获取的高速公路交易数据选定用于引流的引流目标高速路段;基于电子地图数据确定所选择的引流目标高速路段周围对应的非高速竞争路段;基于终端信令数据计算非高速竞争路段的通行人次和引流目标高速路段上的通行人次,从而利用引流目标高速路段的车流流量数据计算非高速竞争路段的车流流量;选择车流流量大于引流目标高速路段的车流流量的非高速竞争路段作为被引流的路段,并通过移动通信运营商服务器控制基站向引流路段上至少部分用户发送引流指示信息。本发明基于多源数据进行分析,不仅能够均衡不同类型道路的车流量,提升用户体验,而且增强了路网流量调整的灵活性。
