By adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the icing degree of the evaporative condenser can be effectively identified, so that deicing is performed under the condition that icing is determined, the working efficiency of the heat pump system is improved, and the low-temperature cruising ability of the vehicle is improved through heat supply of the heat pump system.
