The invention relates to a marine dual-fuel diesel engine waste heat recovery system, and relates to the technical field of marine diesel engines, the marine dual-fuel diesel engine waste heat recovery system comprises a first tail gas heat exchange box and a second tail gas heat exchange box which are used for recovering heat of high-temperature tail gas of a diesel engine, and a mixing chamber connected with the first tail gas heat exchange box through a heat exchange assembly is arranged on the side of the first tail gas heat exchange box; the mixing chamber is used for mixing gas fuel and air and preheating mixed gas, a combustion chamber is arranged on the side of the mixing chamber, and a heat return gas box connected with the second tail gas heat exchange box through a heat exchange assembly is arranged on the side of the second tail gas heat exchange box; the system further comprises a wastewater treatment barrel used for treating domestic wastewater on the ship and washing tail gas, and the tail gas of the first tail gas heat exchange box and the tail gas of the second tail gas heat exchange box are input into the wastewater treatment barrel through pipelines. The system can fully recycle waste heat in tail gas of the diesel engine and cooling water, can independently preheat gas fuel and air so as to improve the combustion performance, and is suitable for being used in the dual-fuel diesel engine.

    本发明涉及一种船用双燃料柴油机废热回收系统,涉及船舶柴油机技术领域,包括用于回收柴油机高温尾气热量的第一尾气换热箱和第二尾气换热箱,第一尾气换热箱的侧方设有与第一尾气换热箱通过换热组件连接的混合室,混合室用于气体燃料和空气的混合并对混合气体进行预热,混合室的侧方设有燃烧室,第二尾气换热箱的侧方设有与第二尾气换热箱通过换热组件连接的回热气箱;还包括用于处理船舶上生活废水并对尾气进行洗涤的废水处理筒,第一尾气换热箱和第二尾气换热箱的尾气经管道输入至废水处理筒内。该系统能充分回收柴油机尾气以及冷却水中的废热,并能独立对气体燃料和空气进行预热,以改善燃烧性能,适用于双燃料柴油机的使用。
