The invention belongs to the technical field of lifting, and particularly relates to the technical field of devices for lifting bulk materials or heavy goods for loading or unloading, in particular to lifting equipment for glass fiber board production and a glass fiber board production process. The lifting device comprises a control module and a proximity switch electrically connected with the control module. The proximity switch is suitable for moving along with the tool; the control module is suitable for judging whether the tool is close to or far away from the tool through the proximity switch; when the control module judges that the tool approaches, the lifting device is lifted, and the tool on the lifting device is moved out; when the control module judges that the tool is far away, the lifting device descends to bear the tool; the proximity switch can move along with the tool in the lifting and transferring process of the tool, and can incline when the tool inclines, so that whether the tool is away from or close to the tool or not can be judged more accurately, and transportation of the tool is ensured.

    本发明属于提升技术领域,具体涉及用于装载或卸载目的的升降散料或重货物的装置的技术领域,本发明为玻纤板生产用提升设备及玻纤板生产工艺,其包括:升降装置;升降装置包括:控制模块,以及与所述控制模块电性连接的接近开关;所述接近开关适于跟随工装移动;所述控制模块适于通过所述接近开关判断工装接近或远离;当控制模块判断工装接近时,升降装置提升,将升降装置上的工装移出;当控制模块判断工装远离时,升降装置下降,以承接工装;实现了在工装提升转移过程中接近开关可以跟随工装移动,并且可以在工装倾斜时也倾斜,以便于更加精准的判断工装是否远离或靠近,确保工装的运输。
