The power system is fixedly mounted on the standard knot group I, and one end of the power system is fixedly connected with the standard knot group II; the power system comprises a winch and a steel wire rope, one end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the winch, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the second standard knot set. The first standard knot set comprises a first standard knot, a second standard knot and a third standard knot, the second standard knot is fixedly installed at the upper end of the first standard knot, the third standard knot is fixedly installed at the upper end of the second standard knot, and the winch is fixedly installed on the first standard knot. The lifting and descending of the second standard knot group are realized by winding and unwinding the steel wire rope and controlling the second standard knot group, so that the problem of on-site initial installation height is solved, the use cost of auxiliary equipment of the initial installation crane is reduced, and the overall height can be quickly reduced, so that the safety degree and the typhoon resistance level of the tower crane are increased.
