The invention discloses a crane lifting appliance with a fine adjustment mechanism and a fine adjustment method of the lifting appliance, a plurality of groups of symmetrical carrying pole beams are distributed on the lifting appliance, the middle part of each carrying pole beam is rotatably connected with the lifting appliance through a shaft fulcrum structure, lifting arms at two ends of each carrying pole beam extend out of the lifting appliance, and the lifting appliance further comprises the fine adjustment mechanism; at least one group of symmetrical carrying pole beams are provided with two symmetrical fine adjustment mechanisms; the fine adjustment mechanism comprises a lifting device and a control set. The number of the lifting devices is two, the two lifting devices are symmetrically distributed below the lifting arms at the two ends of the carrying pole beam, each lifting device comprises a power part and a lifting piece, the power parts are fixedly erected on the lifting appliance and are in driving connection with the lifting pieces, and the movement directions of the lifting pieces face the lifting arms; the control set controls operation of the lifting device. The horizontal heights of the four corners of the hoisted object are adjusted through the fine adjustment mechanism, so that the height errors of the four corners of the hoisted object are minimum.

    本发明公开了一种具有微调机构的起重机吊具及该吊具的微调方法,吊具上分布有多组对称的扁担梁,各扁担梁中部以轴支点结构可转动连接吊具,扁担梁的两端吊臂均伸出吊具外,吊具还包括微调机构;至少一组对称的扁担梁配置有两个对称设置的微调机构;微调机构包括升降装置、控制组。升降装置设有2个,2个升降装置对称的分布于扁担梁的两端吊臂下方,升降装置包括动力部和升降件,动力部固立于吊具,其驱动连接升降件,升降件的运动方向朝向吊臂;控制组控制升降装置的运行。本发明通过微调机构调整被吊物的四个角的水平高度,以使被吊物的四个角的高度误差最小。
