The using method comprises the steps of hoisting preparation; after the two side lifting appliances and the middle lifting appliance clamp the multiple steel bars, the transverse lifting frame is driven at the same time so that the side lifting appliances and the middle lifting appliance can ascend, and the middle lifting appliance can be driven so that the arc-shaped frame can be horizontal; the crane is lifted to a comb tooth groove in the trolley, the two ends of the multiple steel bars are sequentially inserted into the sleeves through the side lifting appliance and the middle lifting appliance, and after completion, the crane returns to the position above the storage frame and drives the lifting hydraulic cylinder so that the multiple steel bars can ascend; and all the steel bars on the trolley are installed. The whole mechanism is high in automation degree, automatic feeding and discharging of a plurality of steel bars and automatic mounting and positioning of the steel bars can be achieved, the storage frame can store the steel bars with different radians, the whole structure can adapt to the steel bars with multiple curvatures, and lifting equipment can clamp the steel bars on the storage frame, so that the tunnel supporting structure can be automatically lifted and mounted, and the steel bar construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种多曲度钢筋存储吊装装置的使用方法,包括起吊准备;吊具起吊位置准备:吊具起吊钢筋:两个侧吊具和中吊具夹取多个钢筋后,同时驱动横吊架,以使侧吊具和中吊具上升,驱动中吊具,以使弧形架水平;吊机起吊到台车上梳齿槽,侧吊具和中吊具依次把多个钢筋的两端插入套筒中,待完成后,吊机返回储料架上方位置,驱动抬升液压缸,以使多个钢筋上升;直至台车上所有的钢筋安装完成。整体机构自动化程度较高,能够实现多个钢筋的自动上料、下料和钢筋的自动化安装定位,储料架能存储不同弧度的钢筋,整体结构能够适应多曲度钢筋,起吊设备能在储料架上夹取,以使隧道支护结构能自动化吊取安装,提高钢筋施工效率。
