The invention relates to the field of crane rail abrasion prevention, and discloses a rail abrasion early warning type rail crossing crane and a using method thereof.The rail abrasion early warning type rail crossing crane comprises two supports and rail I-shaped steel, a moving mechanism is arranged below the rail I-shaped steel and comprises two mounting frames, and connecting plates are arranged on the two sides of the two mounting frames correspondingly; a fixing shell is arranged on the other side of the connecting plate, a groove is formed in the fixing shell, a power assembly and a dust removal assembly are further arranged in the fixing shell, and through the arrangement of the teeth, the power assembly and the dust removal assembly, after the fixing shell drives the power assembly to move in the direction of the teeth, the teeth enable a volute spiral spring in the connecting shell to deform through the power assembly, and energy storage begins; after the first gear is separated from the teeth, the volute spiral spring drives the fan blades to rotate at a high speed through the small gear, air flow generated by rotation of the fan blades is used for cleaning, abrasion of dust impurities to the rail I-shaped steel is reduced, corrosion of the dust impurities to steel is reduced, and the service life of the rail I-shaped steel is prolonged.

    本发明涉及吊机轨道防磨损领域,且公开了一种轨道磨损预警式过轨吊机及其使用方法,包括两个支架和轨道工字钢,轨道工字钢下方设置有移动机构,移动机构包括两个安装架,两个所述的安装架两侧分别设置有连接板,连接板另一侧设置有固定壳,固定壳上开设有凹槽,固定壳内还设置有动力组件与除尘组件,通过齿牙、动力组件和除尘组件的设置,使得固定壳带动动力组件向齿牙方向移动后,齿牙通过动力组件使连接壳内的涡卷弹簧发生形变,开始蓄能,第一齿轮与齿牙分离后,涡卷弹簧通过小齿轮带动扇叶高速转动,利用扇叶转动产生的气流清理掉,减少灰尘杂质对轨道工字钢的磨损,减少灰尘杂质对钢材的腐蚀,延长轨道工字钢的使用寿命。
