The invention discloses a complex curved-surface workpiece hoisting device which comprises a hoop assembly, a lifting mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a lifting mechanism, the hoop assembly comprises a first assembling unit of a symmetrical structure, a second assembling unit of a symmetrical structure and a fixed clamping assembly arranged on an inner ring of the hoop assembly, and the outer wall of the first assembling unit is symmetrically provided with lifting structures; a movable clamping assembly is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the second assembly and comprises a floating base used for moving along the center line of the hoop assembly. The connecting assemblies are used for connecting the adjacent hoop assemblies; and the pressing mechanism is arranged on the hoop assembly, is in driving connection with the movable clamping assembly, is used for driving the movable clamping assembly to move along the center line of the second assembly so as to press the workpiece, and is also used for detecting the clamping force of the floating seat and adjusting the clamping force to a target value or a target range.
