The invention discloses a rendezvous and docking full-physical closed-loop test system and method. The system comprises two parts, namely an on-satellite product and ground equipment. The satellite comprises a central control unit, a rendezvous and docking holding claw, an ultra-short-range tracking and aiming single machine, a cooperative target, an accelerometer combination and a micro fiber-optic gyroscope. The ground comprises double six-degree-of-freedom air floating platforms, a propulsion equivalent thruster device, an analog data management computer, a telemetering display terminal computer and a database. According to the invention, the double six-degree-of-freedom air flotation test platform is utilized to simulate the weightless environment of space rendezvous and docking, and the functional performance of a satellite product is effectively verified. Besides, the data of the on-board product are accessed to the closed loop of the GNC control system through the air floatation simulation environment, the matching between the on-board product and the GNC control system and the performance and robustness of the control system are effectively verified, and whether the rendezvous and docking holding claw is accurately opened and closed according to the on-board logic time sequence can be verified. The test system and method can be used for the ground full-physical closed-loop test of rendezvous and docking tasks.
