    本发明涉及飞行器技术领域,尤其涉及一种垂直起降飞行器和载人飞行器。本发明提供一种飞行器,对现有技术一种垂直起降固定翼飞行器进行优化,使其重心可以在气动中心上下偏移,以满足特定任务的需求。本发明还提供具有一种安全迫降状态的飞行器,能够增加飞行器载人时的安全余度:当倾转系统损坏时,本发明提供的飞行器可以多旋翼飞行模式飞行和降落;当多旋翼系统失效时,本发明提供的飞行器可以固定翼模式飞行或滑翔降落;当动力系统和控制系统均失效时,本发明提供的飞行器可以进入一种安全迫降状态,强制飞行器稳定姿态滑翔降落。本发明的有益效果为:第一,由于本发明提供的飞行器以多旋翼飞行不依赖倾转机构,其比现有技术的一些倾转旋翼或倾转机翼垂直起降飞行器更加简单可靠;第二,和现有技术的尾座式垂直起降固定翼飞行器相比,本发明提供的飞行器由于重心布置灵活,能满足特定任务需求;第三,本发明提供的飞行器具有多安全余度设置,提高了其作为载人飞行器时的安全性。
