The invention relates to the technical field of deck construction, and discloses a two-deck construction process which comprises the following steps: feeding materials into a site, inspecting, nesting and blanking; assembling long and short beams and end side plates; splicing and welding the top plate; top plate stiffeners are assembled and welded, long and short beams are assembled, and end side plates are assembled; performing inspection before welding, and assembling and welding; inspecting after welding, welding a turnover top plate, mounting a stacking seat and a lifting seat, and turning over to seal a bottom plate; correcting the bottom plate by fire work, turning over and fire work before final assembly, and positioning the final assembly; and carrying out a flexibility test, a stacking test and a device airtightness test, and finally, carrying out sand blasting, repairing, grinding and painting, installing anti-collision rubber and stacking finished products. In the assembling process, the hatch cover is manufactured through a reverse manufacturing method, the equipment efficiency is higher, time is saved, the assembling size accuracy is higher, and the device structure is more stable. During assembly and welding of components, the components are installed according to assembly lines and mark numbers, after welding, the structural accuracy is high, and welding deformation can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及甲板施工技术领域,公开了一种二甲板施工工艺,工艺流程包括以下步骤:材料进场及检验,套料及下料;长短梁及端侧板小装配;顶板拼板及焊接;顶板扶强材装配及焊接,长、短梁装配,端侧板装配;焊前报验,组装焊接;焊后报验,翻身顶板焊接,堆放座、起吊座的安装,翻身封底板;火工校正底板,总装前翻身火工,总装定位;进行柔性试验,进行叠放试验,进行装置气密试验,最后喷砂、修补磨、油漆,安装防撞橡皮,成品堆放。本发明装配工艺中,舱盖制作采用反造法,装备效率更高,节省时间,且装配尺寸精确度更高,装置结构更加稳固。部件装配焊接时,根据装配线、标记号安装部件,焊接后,结构精确度高,能有效减小焊接变形。
