Air exhaust mechanisms used for changing air pressure in the bearing columns are arranged in the multiple floating barrels, and adjusting assemblies which take external wind power as a power source and drive the air exhaust mechanisms to operate are arranged above the air exhaust mechanisms; a fan is installed at the top of the bearing column, a balancing weight is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bearing column, an air bag is installed at the top of the balancing weight, and the bearing column communicates with the air bag. Through the arrangement of the adjusting assembly, when the external wind power is small, the floating body can recover automatically.
