The invention discloses an omnibearing limit load resisting limiting device of a ship key system and an assembling method.The limiting device comprises a mandrel assembly, an outer sleeve and a base, the outer sleeve is arranged on the base to form a shell, the mandrel assembly extends into the outer sleeve, gaps are formed between the mandrel assembly and the shell in the vertical direction and the radial direction, and the outer sleeve is arranged on the base; the core shaft assembly comprises a core shaft, an upper mounting plate, a limiting column body and elastic bodies arranged on the periphery of the limiting column body, the core shaft, the upper mounting plate and the limiting column body are of an integrated structure, and the outer sleeve is of a split structure; the base comprises a base plate and a barrel; the limiting column body is located in an inner cavity of the split-structure outer sleeve, one end of the mandrel penetrates through the split-structure outer sleeve and is exposed out of the split-structure outer sleeve, and the upper mounting plate is arranged at the end, exposed out of the split-structure outer sleeve, of the mandrel; after the split-structure outer sleeve is installed in the barrel of the base in an interference mode, a connecting piece penetrates through the base plate to be screwed into the bottom of the split-structure outer sleeve, and therefore the base plate and the split-structure outer sleeve are connected together.
