The invention relates to the technical field of scooters, in particular to a folder and a scooter. The folder comprises a base, a folding main part, a trigger assembly and a buffer assembly. The folding main piece and the trigger assembly are both rotatably connected with the base, and the axis, rotating relative to the base, of the folding main piece is parallel to the axis, rotating relative to the base, of the trigger assembly. The buffering assembly is connected with the folding main piece and the trigger assembly and used for limiting rotation of the folding main piece towards the side away from the trigger assembly relative to the base. Wherein the folder has an initial state in which the folding main part, the trigger assembly and the base are folded, and a folding state in which the folding main part rotates towards one side deviating from the trigger assembly relative to the base. The folding device can play a role in buffering in the folding process of the scooter, so that the impact force in the folding process is prevented from being too large, a user and the structure of the scooter can be protected, and the use and maintenance cost can be effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及滑板车技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种折叠器和滑板车。折叠器包括底座、折叠主件、扳机组件以及缓冲组件;折叠主件及扳机组件均与底座可转动地连接,且折叠主件相对于底座转动的轴线与扳机组件相对于底座转动的轴线平行;缓冲组件与折叠主件及扳机组件连接,且用于限制折叠主件相对于底座朝向背离扳机组件一侧的转动;其中,折叠器具备折叠主件、扳机组件及底座合拢的初始状态,以及折叠主件相对于底座朝向背离扳机组件一侧转动的折叠状态。该折叠器能够在滑板车折叠的过程中,起到缓冲的作用,从而避免折叠的过程中的冲击力过大,进而能够对使用者及滑板车的结构起到保护的作用,而且能够有效降低使用维护成本。
