A rear wheel steering system includes a triaxial accelerometer and an electronic control circuit, where the triaxial accelerometer is connected to the electronic control circuit. The triaxial accelerometer is used for detecting the current acceleration of the vehicle. The electronic control circuit is used for generating and outputting a steering instruction for controlling two rear wheels of the vehicle at least according to the current acceleration when the current acceleration is larger than the preset acceleration.
