The invention provides a high-load-bearing light-weight mounting structure which is of a box-shaped structure composed of two side plates, a supporting plate, a bottom plate, a front connecting plate and a rear connecting plate, the two side plates are arranged on the left side and the right side in parallel at intervals, the left side and the right side of the supporting plate and the left side and the right side of the front connecting plate are fixedly connected with the front sides of the two side plates, the supporting plate is located below the front side of the front connecting plate, and the bottom plate is located below the rear connecting plate. The left and right sides of the bottom plate are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the two side plates, the bottom of the front connecting plate is connected with the bottom plate, and the left and right sides of the rear connecting plate are fixedly connected with the rear sides of the two side plates; an installation support of the silencer is fixedly connected with the supporting plate, the bottoms of the rear sides of the two side plates are fixedly connected with a suspension beam on the side wall of the locomotive, and the tops of the two side plates are fixedly connected with the side wall. A light-weight structure is adopted to replace an original thick plate full-length welding structure, the influence of a long welding seam on the structure is eliminated, and large welding deformation generated at the welding position of an original installation base due to welding stress is avoided.

    本发明提供一种高承载的轻量化安装结构,为由两个侧板、托板、底板、前连接板和后连接板组成的箱形结构,其中两个侧板平行间隔布置在左右两侧,托板和前连接板的左右两侧均与两个侧板的前侧固定连接,托板位于前连接板的前侧下方,底板的左右两侧与两个侧板的底部固定连接,前连接板的底部与底板连接,后连接板的左右两侧与两个侧板的后侧固定连接;消音器的安装支架与托板固定连接,两个侧板的后侧底部与机车侧墙上悬梁固定连接,两个侧板的顶部与侧墙固定连接。本发明采用轻量化结构替代了原来的厚板满焊的结构,消除了长大焊缝对结构的影响,避免了原安装座在焊接处因焊接应力产生的较大焊接变形。
