According to the embodiment of the invention, the key characteristic parameters related to the service life of the battery are selected, the key parameter graph structure is constructed based on the key characteristic parameters, the optimal target power distribution parameter is determined according to the combination of the constructed battery service life prediction model and the minimum fuel consumption strategy, and then the optimal target power distribution parameter is obtained according to the power distribution scheme. Meanwhile, limitation of the service life of the battery is considered, and balance between optimal fuel consumption and the service life of the battery is achieved.
