The method is implemented by a vehicle with an automatic engine start-stop system, and comprises the following steps: predicting uprush rotating speed information of engine restart according to vehicle operation condition information under the conditions that the automatic engine start-stop system works and an engine automatically flames out; determining first oil pressure according to the uprush rotating speed information; the first oil pressure is used for making the output torque of the clutch not larger than the perceptible minimum impact transmission torque; under the condition that the engine automatic start-stop system works and the engine is restarted, the clutch is controlled to be in a semi-linkage state through the electronic pump according to the first oil pressure; acquiring second oil pressure; the second oil pressure is the oil pressure output by the mechanical pump after the engine is restarted; and under the condition that the second oil pressure is equal to the first oil pressure, the clutch is controlled to be in a pressed state through the mechanical pump. According to the invention, the stability of moving forward again after the vehicle stops can be improved.
