The method comprises the steps that sensor information is collected through a vehicle sensor; determining the number of persons in the vehicle and vehicle demand data based on the sensor information; determining a corresponding demand service type based on the number of people in the vehicle; determining a target demand service based on the demand service type and the vehicle demand data; and controlling a corresponding control module to execute an action corresponding to the target demand service based on the target demand service. According to the embodiment of the invention, the number of people in the vehicle is judged based on the rough information pool formed by a small amount of fixed information, and then the corresponding demand service type is determined, so that the demand of the passenger under the current condition can be accurately obtained.
