The invention discloses a climate self-adaptive vehicle-mounted fuel cell hydrogen management system, which comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and a first constant temperature device, a second constant temperature device, an expansion box, a first heat dissipation device and a hydraulic motor which are electrically connected with the PLC, the second constant temperature device is arranged on the hydrogen storage cylinder and is connected through a pipeline to form a first working medium one-way circulation pipeline, a second working medium one-way circulation pipeline and a working medium circulation pipeline which relates to the second constant temperature device and aims at the hydrogen storage cylinder; and furthermore, the working states of the hydrogen storage cylinder and the alternating current motor are accurately controlled and adjusted through working medium circulation states of the working medium in different temperature ranges set in the PLC. The system provided by the invention can stably control the temperature and pressure of the electrochemical reaction in the fuel cell pack under the extreme climate condition, so that the working efficiency of the fuel cell is improved, and the cruising ability of the automobile is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种气候自适应型车载燃料电池氢气管理系统,包括PLC控制器以及与PLC控制器均电性连接的第一恒温装置、第二恒温装置、膨胀箱、第一散热装置和液压马达,所述第一恒温装置设置于交流电机上,所述第二恒温装置设置于储氢气瓶上,并通过管路连接形成第一工质单向循环管路和第二工质单向循环管路以及涉及第二恒温装置的针对储氢气瓶的工质循环管路,进而通过在PLC控制器内设置的工质处于不同温度范围内的工质循环状态,精确地控制和调节储氢气瓶以及交流电机的工作状态。本发明提供的系统能够在极端气候条件下稳定控制燃料电池组内电化学反应的温度和压力,进而提升燃料电池的工作效率,从而增强汽车的续航能力。
