The invention discloses a vehicle charging method and device, a charger and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle charging and discharging, and the vehicle charging method comprises the steps that when a target vehicle needing power supply is connected, whether an intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal feeds back a discharging request or not is judged, and the discharging request is triggered by a user on the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal; if yes, power information of the battery management system is obtained; and outputting a corresponding charging signal through the power information to charge a power battery of the target vehicle. The method is applied to the vehicle-mounted charger, the power battery of the target vehicle is charged through the discharging request fed back by the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal and the function information of the battery management system, compared with the prior art, the method only relates to interaction among the vehicle-mounted charger, the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal and the battery management system, the discharging process is simplified, and the charging efficiency is improved. The waiting time generated by interaction with the vehicle machine system is avoided, and the user experience is effectively improved.
