Compared with the prior art, the characteristic of pollution-free waste gas emission of the hydrogen fuel cell system is utilized, the battery pack and the driving motor are matched to replace a diesel engine, the cost of forced ventilation of waste gas emission is omitted, meanwhile, the climbing and starting responsiveness can be improved, and the climbing ability can be enhanced.
