The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the current residual electric quantity of a vehicle, estimated power consumption, estimated vehicle speed and the working state of a shutdown function system which affects the power consumption; determining optimizable operations of the vehicle at the current moment according to the estimated vehicle speed of the vehicle at the current moment and the working state of the shutdown function system influencing the power consumption, and obtaining the optimized power consumption of each optimizable operation; according to the residual electric quantity and the estimated power consumption of the vehicle at the current moment and the optimized power consumption of each optimizable operation, calculating the residual endurance mileage of the vehicle at the current moment and a corresponding improvement value of the residual endurance mileage of the vehicle after each optimizable operation is implemented; according to the remaining endurance mileage of the vehicle at the current moment and the increasing value corresponding to the remaining endurance mileage of the vehicle after the implementation of each optimizable operation, one or more optimizable operations are implemented, and the remaining endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased.
