The invention discloses a battery fault management system, which is characterized in that each battery cell is provided with an electronic switch, the electronic switch of any battery cell is used for controlling the any battery cell to be connected to or separated from a battery cell series circuit of a battery pack, and when the electronic switch is separated from the battery cell series circuit, the access of the battery cell series circuit can be ensured; therefore, the fault removal of the single battery cell can be realized based on the electronic switch, namely, the pressure data of the battery pack and the voltage, current and temperature data of each battery cell are firstly acquired; then, judging whether each battery cell has a fault or not according to the data, and when the fault is judged, controlling the electronic switch of the battery cell with the fault to disconnect the connection between the battery cell and the battery cell series circuit; on the basis, the faulted battery cell can be separated from the circuit, so that the normal power supply of the normal battery cell to the equipment is ensured; therefore, the battery pack can continuously and normally work; therefore, the maintenance cost is reduced while the working stability and sustainability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电池故障管理系统,本发明为每个电芯配置有一个电子开关,其中,任一电芯的电子开关用于控制该任一电芯接入或脱离电池包的电芯串联线路,并在脱离时,能够保证电芯串联线路的通路;如此,即可基于电子开关,来实现单个电芯的故障排除,即本发明先采集电池包的压力数据以及各个电芯的电压、电流和温度数据;而后,通过前述数据来判断各个电芯是否存在故障,并在判断出故障时,控制存在故障的电芯的电子开关,断开该电芯与电芯串联线路的连接;基于此,则可使故障电芯脱离电路,从而保证正常电芯对设备的正常供电;由此,本发明能够使电池包持续不间断的正常工作;因此,在提高工作稳定性和可持续性的同时,还降低了维修成本。
