The invention provides a self-adaptive calculation method for the opening degree of an accelerator pedal. The self-adaptive calculation method comprises the steps of pedal voltage calibration, pedal voltage hundred differentiation, pedal fault diagnosis, zero position self-learning, pedal opening degree calculation and pedal opening degree decision making. Pedal voltage calibration is to set an initial value and upper and lower limits of zero position voltage and full accelerator position voltage. Pedal voltage hundred differentiation is to obtain a voltage percentage by comparing a pedal voltage with a power supply voltage. The pedal fault diagnosis is to judge whether the pedal sensor is short-circuited to the ground or a power supply. Zero-position self-learning refers to self-adaptive adjustment of zero-position voltage when the current pedal voltage percentage is lower than zero-position voltage percentage and a large accelerator is loosened. The pedal opening degree is calculated according to the pedal voltage percentage, the zero position voltage percentage and the full accelerator position voltage percentage. The pedal opening degree decision is to determine the final pedal opening degree according to the pedal fault state. The accelerator pedal self-adaption method is adopted, and the problems caused by zero-position voltage setting can be solved.
本发明提供一种油门踏板开度自适应计算方法,包括踏板电压标定、踏板电压百分化、踏板故障诊断、零位置自学习、踏板开度计算、踏板开度决策。踏板电压标定是设置零位置电压的初始值和上下限以及满油门位置电压。踏板电压百分化是将踏板电压与供电电压做比,得到电压百分比。踏板故障诊断是判断踏板传感器是否对地或对电源短路。零位置自学习是踏板当前电压百分比低于零位置电压百分比和大油门松开时零位置电压的自适应调整。踏板开度计算是根据踏板电压百分比、零位置电压百分比、满油门位置电压百分比计算踏板开度。踏板开度决策是根据踏板故障状态决定最终的踏板开度。本发明采用油门踏板自适应方法,可以解决零位置电压设置带来的问题。
