The invention relates to an anti-roll mechanism for a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of transverse stabilizer bars of automobiles. The frame comprises a frame longitudinal beam and an axle connected to the frame longitudinal beam; the two hydraulic oil cylinders are oppositely arranged, each hydraulic oil cylinder is connected to the frame longitudinal beam located on the same side with the hydraulic oil cylinder, and each hydraulic oil cylinder comprises an oil cylinder body and an oil cylinder piston connected into the oil cylinder body in a sliding mode; the number of the hydraulic valves is two, each hydraulic valve comprises a valve body connected to the oil cylinder body, a valve element arranged in the valve body and a valve rod, one end of the valve rod is connected to the valve element, and the other end of the valve rod is connected to a cab; the transverse stabilizer bar is connected to the axle, and the two ends of the transverse stabilizer bar are fixed to the two hydraulic oil cylinders respectively. The anti-roll effect of the transverse stabilizer bar can be ensured on the premise that the rigidity of the transverse stabilizer bar is reduced and the torsional damage of a frame is prevented from being too large.
