The invention discloses an active suspension structure which comprises a linear actuator, a spring assembly, a damper and a mounting frame. The linear actuator is a ball screw assembly which is of a hollow structure and is driven by a motor to do linear motion. The upper end of the spring assembly is connected with the ball screw pair assembly, the lower end of the spring assembly is connected with the mounting frame, and the spring assembly is stretched or compressed along with the movement of the ball screw pair assembly; the damper is arranged in a hollow structure in the linear actuator, and a damper piston is arranged at the front end of the damper; the upper end of the mounting frame is connected with the damper piston, the middle of the mounting frame is connected with the spring assembly, and a mounting hole for connecting a hub is formed in the bottom of the mounting frame; the bottom mounting frame moves up and down along with stretching and compression of the spring assembly. All the components are integrated into one module, all the components are modularized, the height, rigidity and damping characteristics of the suspension can be adjusted in real time, the response speed is high, and the comfort level and durability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种主动悬架结构,包括直线执行器、弹簧组件、阻尼器和安装架;所述直线执行器为一滚珠丝杠副组件,滚珠丝杠副组件为中空结构,由电机驱动做直线运动;所述弹簧组件上端与滚珠丝杠副组件连接,弹簧组件下端与安装架连接,弹簧组件随滚珠丝杠副组件运动进行拉伸或压缩;所述阻尼器设置在直线执行器内部中空结构里,阻尼器前端有阻尼器活塞;所述安装架上端连接阻尼器活塞,安装架中间与弹簧组件连接,安装架底部设置有用于连接轮毂的安装孔;底部安装架随弹簧组件的拉伸压缩上下移动。本发明将各部件集成为一个模块,各部件集成为模块化,能够实时调节悬架的高度、刚度和阻尼特性,响应速度快,提高舒适度和耐用度。
