According to the principle that the distances between the rotating axes of the cam parts are inconsistent, the locking handle is rotated, the distance between the spring bolt and the pin B is adjusted, and locking is achieved; up-down overturning limiting of the rotary locking handle is achieved through the inconsistent rotating axis distances of the pin A and the cam part and the elastic force of the elastic piece. By means of a limiting boss on the limiting ring and a limiting groove in the welding ring, left-right 45-degree limiting of the rotary locking handle is achieved; the distance between the window frame and the escape window is reduced through the locking structure, so that the sealing strip is extruded and deformed, and the escape window is sealed.
