The invention discloses a closed fracturing blender truck suitable for a large-scale CO2 pure dry fracturing mine field. The closed fracturing blender truck comprises a chassis truck, a full-power power takeoff at the front end of the chassis truck is connected with a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is connected with a transfer case, the transfer case is connected with an oil pump, and the oil pump is connected with a motor through a pipeline; liquid adding motors are arranged on the two sides of the chassis and connected with a liquid adding pump, a loading integral device is arranged on the upper portion of the chassis and connected with the chassis through a lifting hydraulic cylinder, and a fixing frame is arranged at the tail of the chassis and used for fixing the independent sand feeding device on the rear portion during transportation. The loading integral device comprises a sand loading motor connected with an oil pump pipeline, the sand loading motor is connected with a pipe chain conveyor, the pipe chain conveyor is provided with an upper sand discharge port and a bottom sand inlet, and the bottom sand inlet is connected with an independent auger of the independent sand loading device; continuous sand adding operation can be achieved, the number of closed sand mixing equipment on a fracturing site is greatly reduced, the arrangement pressure of well site equipment is reduced, and the equipment acquisition cost and the site fracturing cost are effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种适用于大规模CO2纯干法压裂矿场的密闭混砂车,包括底盘车,底盘车前端的全功率取力器与传动轴相连,传动轴与分动箱相连,分动箱与油泵相连,油泵通过管线与马达相连;底盘车两侧设有液添马达与液添泵相连、上部设有上装整体装置,上装整体装置通过起升液缸与底盘车相连,底盘车尾部设有固定架用于运移时固定后方的独立上砂装置;上装整体装置包括与油泵管线相连的上砂马达,上砂马达与管链输送机相连,管链输送机设有上部排砂口和底部进砂口,底部进砂口与独立上砂装置的独立绞龙相连接;本发明可实现连续加砂作业,极大地降低了压裂现场的密闭混砂设备的数量,减小井场设备布置压力,有效降低装备购置成本及现场压裂成本。
