The invention relates to the technical field of door ring production, and discloses a TRB door ring production method and a TRB door ring, and the TRB door ring production method comprises the following steps: step 1, dividing a door ring structure into four sections, and respectively obtaining an A section structure, a B section structure, a C section structure and a D section structure; 2, performing strength demand analysis on different positions of each section of structure, and correspondingly marking out a corresponding strength area on each section of structure according to the analysis; 3, calculating a corresponding material thickness value according to the strength requirement of each strength area, and respectively preparing four sections of material sheets with continuously changing thicknesses by adopting a TRB material according to the material thickness values; fourthly, the four sections of material pieces are sequentially subjected to end-to-end laser tailor-welding to form an annular shape, and four tailor-welded seams are formed; and fifthly, the material pieces obtained after tailor welding are subjected to hot stamping forming for follow-up machining operation. According to the invention, the TRB material is made into the material sheets with continuously changing thicknesses, so that the number of the material sheets is effectively reduced, the laser tailored blank welding length and the number of patch plates are reduced, the overall weight of the door ring is reduced, and the overall performance of the door ring is ensured.

    本发明涉及门环生产技术领域,公开了一种TRB门环生产方法及TRB门环,包括以下步骤:步骤一,将门环结构划分为四段,分别得到A段结构、B段结构、C段结构和D段结构;步骤二,对每段结构的不同位置进行强度需求分析,根据分析对应在每段结构上划出相应的强度区域;步骤三,按照各强度区域的强度需求计算出对应的料厚值,采用TRB材料按照料厚值分别制成四段厚度连续变化的料片;步骤四,将四段料片依次首尾通过激光拼焊呈环形,形成4条拼焊缝;步骤五,对拼焊后的料片进行热冲压成型,待后续加工操作。本发明通过TRB材料制成厚度连续变化的料片,有效减少料片的数量,同时减少激光拼焊长度和补丁板数量,降低门环的整体重量保证门环的整体性能。
