Carbon dioxide in waste gas flowing through the absorption tower can be fully adsorbed by the sprayed liquid carbon dioxide adsorbent, so that carbon emission is reduced, the ecological environment is protected, and the adsorbed and captured carbon dioxide can be reutilized and used for preparing methanol fuel; furthermore, the waste gas firstly flows through the heat exchanger before flowing through the absorption tower, so that the high-temperature waste gas is cooled, and the risk that carbon dioxide adsorbed in a liquid carbon dioxide adsorbent is desorbed due to the influence of high temperature is avoided; furthermore, the sufficient and reliable adsorption and capture effect of the liquid carbon dioxide adsorbent on carbon dioxide in waste gas is effectively ensured.
本申请公开了一种二氧化碳捕集装置及车辆,该二氧化碳捕集装置包括:换热器,高温废气在换热器内进行热交换,以得到低温废气;吸收塔,流过换热器的低温废气从吸收塔的底部流进吸收塔,吸收塔的顶部向下喷淋液态二氧化碳吸附剂。流经吸收塔的废气中的二氧化碳会被喷淋的液态二氧化碳吸附剂进行充分吸附,不仅减少了碳排放、保护了生态环境,而且被吸附捕集到的二氧化碳能够进行二次利用,用于制备得到甲醇燃料;进一步的,废气流经吸收塔前先流经换热器,实现了对高温废气的降温处理,避免了因高温影响致使被吸附在液态二氧化碳吸附剂内的二氧化碳脱附的风险,进而有效保证了液态二氧化碳吸附剂对废气中的二氧化碳的充分可靠的吸附捕集效果。
