Disclosed is a vehicle heat pump system which can implement various air conditioning modes while minimizing the number of expansion valves, and can include relatively inexpensive components so that manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced. The vehicle heat pump system includes: a compressor for discharging a refrigerant; an indoor heat exchanger provided in the air conditioner case and allowing heat exchange between air and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to heat an indoor space; the water-cooled condenser is arranged at the downstream of the indoor heat exchanger in the refrigerant flowing direction and exchanges heat with the first cooling water; an outdoor heat exchanger provided downstream of the water-cooled condenser in the refrigerant flow direction and allowing heat exchange between the refrigerant and outdoor air; an evaporator provided in the air conditioner case and allowing heat exchange between a refrigerant and air to cool the indoor space; and the cooler is arranged at the downstream of the outdoor heat exchanger in the flowing direction of the refrigerant, is arranged at the refrigerant pipeline bypassing the evaporator, and exchanges heat with the second cooling water. The present invention includes an outdoor unit bypass line that allows refrigerant having passed through a water-cooled condenser to bypass an outdoor heat exchanger, in which the outdoor unit bypass line branches between the water-cooled condenser and the outdoor heat exchanger and is connected to an upstream side of a cooler in a refrigerant flow direction.
