The invention discloses an efficiency optimization method of a bidirectional wireless power transmission system, and relates to the field of electric vehicle wireless charging, and the method comprises the steps: firstly determining a compensation network topology type of the bidirectional wireless power transmission system, and obtaining a corresponding regulation and control parameter; determining a plurality of feasible mode combinations considering impedance matching conditions and power requirements according to the regulation and control parameters; optimal phase shift control calculation is carried out on each operation mode in each feasible mode combination, the efficiency of each operation mode in the power interval and the efficiency of the corresponding optimal phase shift angle combination are compared, and the optimal mode combination and the optimal phase shift angle combination under different target powers are selected; fitting an efficiency optimal regulation and control curve of each phase shift angle and mode combination along with power change; and the operation mode and the phase shift angle of the double-side full-bridge converter are controlled according to the efficiency optimal regulation and control curve, and power regulation and control of the bidirectional wireless power transmission system are realized, so that efficiency improvement in a wide power range from light load to heavy load is realized.

    本申请公开了一种双向无线电能传输系统的效率优化方法,涉及电动汽车无线充电领域,该方法首先确定双向无线电能传输系统的补偿网络拓扑类型并获取对应的调控参数;根据调控参数确定兼顾阻抗匹配条件和功率需求的多个可行模式组合;针对每个可行模式组合中的每个运行模式进行最优移相控制计算,并对比功率区间内各个运行模式及对应最优移相角组合的效率,选取不同目标功率下的最优模式组合和最优移相角组合,拟合出各移相角及模式组合随功率变化的效率最优调控曲线;根据效率最优调控曲线控制双侧全桥变换器的运行模式和移相角,实现双向无线电能传输系统的功率调控,从而实现从轻载到重载的宽功率范围内的效率提升。
