The invention relates to a ship dynamic berth recognition and automatic berthing guiding system and method, and the system comprises a data collection module which is used for obtaining the image data of a ship dynamic berth to be recognized; the ship dynamic berth recognition module is used for recognizing the to-be-recognized ship dynamic berth image data by using a preset recognition model to obtain a ship berth recognition result; wherein the identification model is constructed based on a recurrent neural network; and the automatic berthing guiding module is used for planning an optimal berthing path of the ship by combining an optimization algorithm based on the ship berthing identification result. The berthing speed of the ship can be obviously increased, the harbor time of the ship is shortened, and therefore the operation efficiency of the harbor is improved. In addition, errors and delay caused by human factors can be reduced through automatic operation, and the operation efficiency of the port is further improved. The method is of great significance in improving the competitiveness of a port and promoting regional economic development.
