The invention discloses a highway safety evaluation method and device under a rainy day condition, and belongs to the technical field of safe traffic. According to the method, original data are processed, different vehicle types are divided into fast vehicles and slow vehicles according to the average speed, then an evaluation index system is established, and grade standards are determined according to related literature data. When fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation is carried out, the entropy weight method is improved to a certain degree, the phenomenon that in calculation, a formula has no mathematical significance and is forcibly assigned is avoided, and safety evaluation can be carried out on highways lacking historical accident data in rainy days.

    本发明公开了一种雨天条件下高速公路安全性评价方法及装置,属于安全交通技术领域。本发明对原始数据进行处理,根据平均速度将不同车型划分为“快车”和“慢车”两类,然后建立评价指标体系,根据相关文献资料确立等级标准。在进行模糊综合评价计算时,对熵权法进行了一定的改进,避免出现计算中公式没有数学意义而强制赋值的现象,并能够对缺少历史事故数据的高速公路进行雨天的安全性评价。
