The invention discloses a port comprehensive management system based on artificial intelligence, and relates to the technical field of port comprehensive management, a ship data acquisition end is used for acquiring ships appearing in a set position within a set time period, marking the ships as undetermined objects, synchronously acquiring standard information representing the sizes of the undetermined objects, and sending the standard information to a server; transmitting a to-be-determined object group consisting of a plurality of to-be-determined objects and standard information thereof to the main control end; meanwhile, the remaining berths of the ship berths of the port and the corresponding berth adaptive values are synchronized, and whether the to-be-determined object can be parked in the corresponding remaining berths or not can be determined through matching of the berth adaptive values and the standard information; then the main control end is used for carrying out one-to-one combination matching on all the to-be-determined objects and the remaining berths to obtain a plurality of object matching combinations, then a selected object combination is determined according to the remaining value of each object matching combination, first-wave berth matching can be carried out according to time periods and time division scenes, and no berths exist in the subsequent process; and flexible scheduling can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能港口综合管理系统,涉及港口综合管理技术领域,通过船舶数据获取端,用于获取在设定时间段内的出现在设定位置以内的船舶,将船舶标记为待定对象,同步获取到表示待定对象尺寸的标准信息,并将若干个待定对象及其标准信息构成的待定对象组传输到主控端;同时同步港口的船舶泊位的剩余泊位及其对应的泊位适配值,泊位适配值与标准信息的匹配能够确定待定对象能否停放到对应的剩余泊位中;然后利用主控端将所有的待定对象与剩余泊位进行一对一组合匹配,得到若干个对象匹配组合,然后根据每个对象匹配组合的剩余值来确定选中对象组合,能够根据时段分时分场景先进行第一波的泊位匹配,后续再没有泊位,能够灵活调度。
