The invention provides a general adaptation device for external field detection of airborne electronic equipment and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of airborne electronic equipment testing. According to the invention, one tested airborne electronic device corresponds to one bracket adaptive panel and one device adaptive panel; the onboard bracket fastening part is matched with the bracket adaptive panel to assist electrical connection/disconnection between the three-way test cable and the onboard mounting bracket; the airborne equipment fastening part is matched with the equipment adaptive panel to assist electrical connection/disconnection between the three-way test cable and the tested airborne electronic equipment; and the bracket adaptation panel and the equipment adaptation panel are respectively used for fixing a bracket rectangular electrical interface and an equipment rectangular electrical interface on the three-way test cable. By adding the corresponding bracket adaptation panel and the equipment adaptation panel, the weight and the size of the outfield test equipment are greatly optimized through one set of universal adaptation device, and outfield carrying and using of the outfield test equipment are facilitated.
本发明提供一种机载电子设备外场检测通用适配装置及其使用方法,属于机载电子设备测试技术领域。本发明中,一个被测机载电子设备对应1块托架适配面板和1块设备适配面板;机上托架紧固部件配合托架适配面板来辅助三通测试线缆与机上安装托架的电气连接/断开;机载设备紧固部件配合设备适配面板来辅助三通测试线缆与被测机载电子设备的电气连接/断开;托架适配面板和设备适配面板分别用于固定三通测试线缆上的托架矩形电气接口和设备矩形电气接口。通过增加相应托架适配面板和设备适配面板,通过1套通用适配装置极大优化了外场测试设备的重量和体积,便于外场测试设备的外场搬运及使用。
