The invention provides an anti-toppling mechanism of an overhead working truck boom device, and relates to the field of overhead working truck balance, the anti-toppling mechanism comprises a base, the base comprises a counterweight seat, the bottom of the counterweight seat is fixedly provided with a rotating seat, and the top of the counterweight seat is provided with a suspension arm assembly and an anti-toppling assembly; in order to solve the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that a balancing weight arranged on a large follow-up crane is also heavy, the load of the follow-up crane for going to a destination is increased, and meanwhile when the mass of an object needing to be hoisted exceeds the balancing weight, the existing follow-up crane cannot hoist the object, even the danger of toppling after the object needs to be hoisted is likely to occur, and the hoisting cost is lowered. The anti-toppling assembly is arranged, under the cooperation of the driving shaft, the transmission shaft and the driven sleeve shaft which are arranged in the assembling cavity, the multiple movable balancing weights are driven to incline in a stepped mode relative to the fixed balancing weight, meanwhile, the overall balancing weight height is increased, and therefore the stability of the crane is improved.
