The invention relates to an intelligent elevator management system based on edge computing and computing network fusion. The intelligent elevator management system comprises a data acquisition module, edge computing equipment, a cloud computing and data fusion module, a remote monitoring module, an intelligent maintenance module and a data analysis module. The data acquisition module is connected with an elevator system through industrial Internet of Things equipment, acquires operation state data of an elevator, and performs primary processing through the edge computing gateway. And the edge computing device receives and analyzes the data, generates a fault early warning signal and adjusts operation parameters. And the cloud computing and data fusion module receives data provided by the edge computing device, carries out deep analysis and generates a device health state evaluation and fault prediction result. The remote monitoring module displays the real-time state and historical data through a visual interface and provides elevator management optimization suggestions. And the intelligent maintenance module generates a maintenance plan based on the evaluation result and automatically allocates tasks to maintenance personnel. The safety, intelligence and maintenance efficiency of the elevator system can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于边缘计算和算网融合的电梯智能管理系统,包括数据采集模块、边缘计算设备、云计算与数据融合模块、远程监控模块、智能维保模块及数据分析模块。数据采集模块通过工业物联网设备与电梯系统连接,采集电梯的运行状态数据,并通过边缘计算网关进行初步处理。边缘计算设备接收并分析数据,生成故障预警信号并调整运行参数。云计算与数据融合模块接收边缘计算设备提供的数据,进行深度分析并生成设备健康状态评估及故障预测结果。远程监控模块通过可视化界面展示实时状态和历史数据,并提供电梯管理优化建议。智能维保模块基于评估结果生成维保计划,自动分配任务给维修人员。本发明能够提高电梯系统的安全性、智能化及维护效率。
