The invention discloses a stealth structure and method for an air inlet channel of an aircraft. The structure comprises a stealth grating and a plasma generation assembly. The invisible grid is fixedly mounted at an air inlet of the air inlet duct of the aircraft; the plasma generation assembly is arranged in a grid hole of the invisible grid; the plasma generation assembly comprises a negative electrode bar and a positive electrode bar, and the negative electrode bar and the positive electrode bar are distributed in parallel. The method comprises the following steps: starting the plasma generator, electrifying the negative electrode bar and the positive electrode bar, generating high-energy plasma between the two electrode bars, and mixing the high-energy plasma with high-speed free incoming flow to form high-energy plasma airflow; the high-energy plasma airflow formed in each grating hole can be further fused and overlapped to form high-energy plasma clusters distributed in the stealth grating and the air inlet channel, and stealth of the air inlet channel is achieved through the high-energy plasma clusters; the intensity and the size of high-energy plasmas generated between the negative electrode bar and the positive electrode bar are adjusted by adjusting the voltage and the frequency of the plasma generator, so that the stealth effect of the air inlet channel is changed.
