The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft lightning protection tests, and discloses a high-fidelity signal measurement and transmission system for an aircraft whole-aircraft lightning test, and the system comprises a high-fidelity data collection module which is used for collecting observation data through a high-fidelity transmission system; the graph generation module is used for generating graph structure data; the sequence generation module is used for encoding the measurement data of the airplane key part represented by each node of the graph structure data and the experimental environment data into first sequence data; the thunder and lightning protection effect evaluation module inputs the graph structure data and the first sequence data into a thunder and lightning protection effect evaluation model and outputs whether the thunder and lightning protection effect of the key part of the airplane is qualified or not; by collecting high-fidelity data and evaluating whether the lightning protection effect of the key part of the airplane is qualified or not, compared with the lightning protection effect evaluated through a single part, the system can consider the observation sequence of each node and the dependency relationship between the nodes at the same time, and comprehensively reflect the lightning protection effect of the whole airplane.
